Please note that we do not customize products for orders under 1,000 units, and we do not remove the Vintorio logo from any of our products.

U.S. Retailer Requirements

Must have a physical store or booth
Restaurants, liquor stores, bars, vineyards, and wineries accepted
Must have a valid tax ID (EIN) or equivalent
Must not be an online-only retailer

To be an authorized Vintorio retailer, you must currently have a physical (brick and mortar) store or a booth within a larger commercial location. Applications to sell or promote products on third-party sales sites, e.g. Amazon, Ebay, or Walmart, will not be accepted. If you have a physical retail store or booth, the location must be open with regular business hours.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting wholesale orders from online-only marketplaces/stores or those that sell only on Facebook or other third-party websites.

Non-U.S. Retailer Requirements

We are accepting both online & offline retailers for regions outside of the United States. If you are interested in carrying or distributing our products internationally, please contact us by filling out this form.

Wholesale FAQ

What are your payment methods?

Once the wholesale order is accepted, we will be able to create an invoice for you directly through our website, vintorio.com. You may pay for your invoice by way of credit card, bank deposit, Shop Pay, or PayPal. All payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Can you customize products?

We may be able to accomodate small exterior packaging changes for orders above 1,000 units for an additional cost. We will not remove the Vintorio logo or branding from our products, and we do not allow rebranding of our products.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Make sure that you are logged in with your trade account. Once you've made your selection, add your items to the cart. Once you click checkout, the trade discount will automatically apply and appear on the checkout page. If you need to modify quantities, you can return to your shopping cart and change your order.

Why isn't my trade discount appearing?

If the trade discount isn't appearing on the final checkout page, please try entering TRADE_DISCOUNT into the discount code input field. You must be logged in with the account that you used to sign up as a trade customer and approved as a trade customer in order to receive the trade discount.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can contact us directly at wholesale [at] vintorio.com to pre-order the product.

  2. Once you've signed up, you can fill out the trade application
  3. We wil review your application within 7-10 days
  4. Once approved, you will be eligible to shop our website directly with trade prices and purchase wholesale cartons
